I have mixed feelings about this. Let's go through it point by point.

First, it's true that in today's fast-paced business environment, we need to make decisions quickly. But if we rely too much on heuristics, we may make hasty decisions that we later regret. (I read an article from HRB that said 20% of people are misdiagnosed, but whether or not that number is accurate, it's clear that haste can lead to errors.)

Second, I agree that it can be helpful to break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable chunks. But if we oversimplify problems, we can lose sight of important details and nuances. (Imagine trying to fix a car engine by only looking at the spark plugs. You're likely to miss something important.)

And while it's true that we rarely have all the information we need to make a perfect decision, relying solely on heuristics can make us more vulnerable to cognitive biases. (Cognitive biases are mental shortcuts that can lead us to make inaccurate judgments.)
