Using pay-as-you-go and pre-pay together

Pay-as-you-go is configured on an environment-by-environment basis, so you have the flexibility to adopt it wherever it makes sense for your organization and stick with the pre-paid model where it doesn’t. In the example below the customer has chosen to use pay-as-you-go for their HR team and the Finance team’s environments, but not for their Marketing team’s environments.

Furthermore, within a pay-as-you-go environment it is possible to disable the Power Apps per app pay-as-you-go meter for specific apps. Any unlicensed users will be blocked from accessing those apps.

More API calls allowed than ever!

https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/revised-power-platform-request-limits/

We are dramatically raising the Power platform daily request volume throttles that have existed for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Dynamics 365 users. For example, the Power Automate per user plan is jumping from 5,000 requests per user per day to 40,000 requests per user per day. This is designed to be more than sufficient for the vast majority of customer scenarios.

Managing secrets in Power Platform using Azure KeyVault

Did you know? You can now create environment variables with a “Secret” data type, that reference #AzureKeyVault secrets.

Extremely useful to store integration credentials for your #Dynamics365, #PowerApps, #PowerAutomate and #Dataverse projects.

💡 In #Dataverse, the custom action “RetrieveEnvironmentVariableSecretValue” can be used to retrieve the value when passed the secret name.
