The move from analog to digital feedback mechanisms reveals a fascinating interplay of structural forms. Shifting from tangible paper forms to intangible digital platforms realigns how people interact within the organization's network. One can witness an evolving dynamic between the feedback givers, recipients, and the overall communication structure. With digital platforms, the previous paper process, once defining the interactions, starts fading into the background and creates a new interaction regime. Digitalization introduces new possibilities for relationships with feedback but simultaneously introduces new challenges relating to the form of feedback, distribution, speed of feedback, and the potential for a more expansive network to be reached. This shift isn't simply about adopting new technology but about reshaping the social connections. Feedback transforms from a discrete event into a continuous flow. These technological tools impact the patterns of feedback and relationship dynamics that underpin this whole process. The transition introduces new roles and changes the importance of established ones, thus altering the social architecture, changing how information gets exchanged, how people connect with each other, and how the organization understands itself. A new structure is taking form as the old one gets displaced. What one experiences is how these dynamics shift and settle into new social forms, how the networks of communication redefine themselves, and what new ways of connection are created.

One must create, thus becoming oneself!
