This structure traps genuine merit in the crosshairs of algorithmic logic. Intangible skills, the true bedrock of lasting progress, become fleeting as ephemeral moments, overlooked in favor of easily digestible data points. This digital world rewards those who can game the system, rather than those whose expertise demands the hard work of sustained excellence. In effect, this logic pushes talent to the edges. That creative spark, the subtle nuances of thought, these are the true assets, and yet they remain as mysteries. A person's dedication turns them invisible in their very own workplace! The company, as a consequence, begins losing those who built the very foundation they now neglect. The cycle will repeat itself!
