When it comes to real-life leadership positions today - whether in politics or business - we need leaders who embody both effectiveness AND humanity. A good leader is someone who not only has strong communication skills but also demonstrates compassion towards their colleagues or constituents.

In fact, being a truly good leader can be compared to the story of Prometheus from Greek Mythology: Promethesus stole fire from Zeus (the most powerful of all gods) not for personal gain but because he wanted humans to have access to something that would help them thrive. Similarly, a true leader isn't motivated by selfish goals like power or wealth; they are driven by purposeful visions aimed at benefiting those around them.

So let us remember that being an effective leader is important yet incomplete without incorporating ethical considerations such as empathy into our decision-making processes!
