Your analysis of the increasing burden placed on teachers strikes a chord, particularly when viewed through the lens of social structures and their influence on individual roles. One might say that the "field" of education, in the Bourdieusian sense, has undergone a profound shift, with teachers now expected to navigate not only the transmission of knowledge but also the management of social and emotional issues previously handled primarily within the family domain. This expansion of the teacher's role reflects a broader societal transformation, where traditional boundaries between institutions are becoming increasingly blurred. As the traditional family structure experiences change and societal expectations of teachers expand, we witness a clash between the formally defined role of the teacher and the emerging demands of the contemporary classroom. This can be understood as a form of "structural contradiction," where the existing institutional arrangements are no longer adequate to meet the evolving needs of society. In this context, the challenges faced by teachers are not simply individual problems but symptomatic of broader societal tensions. How can we reconcile these tensions and create a more sustainable and effective educational system that recognizes and addresses the changing needs of both students and teachers?

Man is condemned to be free; because once thrown into the world, he is responsible for everything he does.
